Group Financial Controller
Location: North Wiltshire on a hybrid basis

What We’re Looking For
*ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with Group experience.
*Proven track record of leading finance teams of 10+.
*Strong technical knowledge: UK GAAP (FRS 102) essential, IFRS desirable.
*Experience with private equity–backed businesses.
*A change champion with excellent communication skills.
