Job Description:
Finance Administrator, Ripon
A well-established business in Ripon due to growth is recruiting for a finance administrator to join their friendly and supportive finance team. You will play a vital part in the smooth running of the day to day finance administration and transactions. The company can provide training and AAT study support (if required).
Main duties
*Processing purchase ledger invoices
*Assisting with daily cash posting
*Sales Ledger Reconciliations
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Data entry and maintaining accurate records
*Managing account queries
*Filing invoices and statements
*Credit card reconciliations and administration
*Credit control administration
Requirements
*Some finance administration experience is preferred
*Excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Strong IT skills
*Willingness to learn – training will be provided
