Description
*Organise and maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
*Coordinate schedules and manage appointments for laboratory staff.
*Assist with inventory management, including ordering and tracking supplies.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the laboratory.
*Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
*Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
*Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence and filing.
*Provide support in managing data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Profile
A successful Lab Admin should have:
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
*A keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Familiarity with health and safety procedures in a laboratory setting.
*Degree educated.
