Criminal Solicitor – NQ to 8+ PQE
Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester

Hours: Monday to Friday, On-site
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Criminal Solicitor to join a well-established law firm in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a passion for criminal law to work within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist with the existing criminal caseload and provide high-quality legal advice and representation.
*Attend police stations and magistrates’ courts as required.
*Manage files efficiently and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent client service.
Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with experience in criminal law (NQ – 8+ PQE).
*Duty Solicitor accreditation is essential.
*Strong advocacy skills and ability to handle a varied criminal caseload.
*Experience using case management systems; LEAP experience is desirable.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
