Job Description:
Assistant Centre Manager required for our Automotive multi-site garage client based in Fareham, are seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to join their team.

Specification:
*Proven experience in a similar management position within the automotive industry
*Strong understanding of car technology and workshop operations
*Ability to achieve sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service
*Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
*Motivation and ability to coach and mentor a team effectively
*Driving licence
Responsibilities:
*Assisting the Centre Manager in the daily operation of the depot
*Contributing to the achievement of centre targets and KPIs
*Overseeing stock maintenance and control
*Enforcing company policies and procedures
*Providing excellent customer service
*Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
*Maintaining accurate documentation and records
For your hard work as an Assistant Centre Manager with our Client, you can expect a salary of £35,000.
