Costs Advisor
Location: Manchester City Centre

Role Responsibilities:
*Manage a caseload of Defendant/Claimant costs files
*Draft points of dispute, bills of costs and replies
*Skilfully negotiate costs offers
Experience Requirements:
*Proven experience in the insurance sector (RTA, Employment/Public Liability, Industrial Disease, Clinical Negligence)
*Good working knowledge of the Fixed Recoverable Costs regime
*Advocacy experience (interim applications, cost case management, detailed assessment hearings)
*Expertise in costs case management (cost budgets, budget discussion reports)
*Exceptional negotiation skills
*Proficiency in drafting bills of costs, points of dispute and schedules
