Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a high-growth organisation to recruit a super analytical and commercially aware Finance Analyst.
Reporting directly to the Financial Director, this is a key role within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive profitability, improve margins, and support strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role ideal for a commercially minded qualified accountant with strong analytical skills looking to make a real impact in a dynamic and expanding business.
Duties Include:
*Deliver insightful financial analysis by gathering and interpreting operational, sales, and financial data
*Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track revenue, cost trends, and margin performance
*Highlight areas for improvement by spotting patterns, inefficiencies, and potential risks
*Partner with the Financial Director to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling
*Contribute to pricing reviews and profitability assessments across products and services
*Present clear, actionable insights to senior leadership through well-structured reports and presentations
*Work collaboratively with Sales and Operations teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business goals
*Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes and data management tools for greater efficiency
Requirements:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to interpret complex data sets
*Experience with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, FP&A) essential
*Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial principles, cost accounting, and margin analysis
*Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear recommendations
*Proactive mindset with ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Salary and Benefits:
