Property Finance Paralegal – Warwick
Our Client is a specialist commercial property law firm with a reputation for delivering exceptional service to banks, developers, landlords, tenants and businesses. Due to continued growth, it is seeking a Paralegal to join its Secure Lending team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle secured lending matters on behalf of challenger banks
*Act for lenders taking security over properties (including portfolios and developments)
*Manage administrative and legal tasks independently
*Ensure properties provide adequate security for proposed loans
*Potential for dual representation of banks and borrowers
*(If experienced) Supervise Junior Paralegals and contribute to specialist teams
About You:
*Strong academic background and aptitude
*Genuine interest in property law and commercial lending
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to integrate smoothly into a collaborative team
*Experience in secured lending
*Capable of managing a caseload independently
