Role Requirements:
Experience:
*Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate law
*Familiarity with corporate transaction documents, styles and precedents
*Experience with document automation tools is highly desirable
Skills:
*Excellent drafting and communication skills
*Project management mindset with attention to detail
*Comfortable working across teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
