Join a dynamic and highly respected department and work closely with the head of department – a Legal 500 and Chambers "Leading Individual" – to shape strategy, grow the team and expand the firm’s presence in Yorkshire’s private client market. This role would suit an experienced Private Client Partner or a Senior Associate/Legal Director who is ready to step into partnership.
Key Requirements:
*Extensive experience in complex, high-value private client work
*Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Strategic business development mindset with success in growing client bases
*Leadership experience, including mentoring junior lawyers
*STEP qualification desirable but not essential
*Ambition to establish a recognised presence in Leeds private client market
