Paralegal – Family & Immigration

We are recruiting for a well-established legal team for a Paralegal specialising in Family Law and Immigration. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is keen to support solicitors in handling sensitive legal matters, ensuring efficient case progression and delivering excellent client service.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist with family and immigration casework, ensuring all legal procedures are followed accurately.
*Draft legal documents and correspondence to support case preparation and management.
*Maintain accurate and comprehensive case files and records.
*Communicate professionally with clients, providing timely updates and managing their expectations.
*Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to case handling.
*Utilise LEAP case management software to track and manage case progress efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in Family Law; knowledge of immigration law is a significant advantage.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
*Excellent communication skills, capable of dealing with clients sensitively and professionally.
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Familiarity with case management systems.
