Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
A successful and growing Middlesbrough is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join its busy team in Middlesbrough.

Key Responsibilities
*Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
*Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
*Progressing files efficiently in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Required Skills & Experience
*Minimum 4 + years’ experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Fee Earner considered)
*Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and legislation
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
*Experience using case management systems
