A well-established and busy city-centre residential conveyancing team is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to become a valued part of its growing department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join a dynamic team where quality, efficiency and exceptional client service are at the focus.
Key Responsibilities
*Residential Conveyancer to manage a caseload of Conveyancing files with minimal supervision
*Handle complex transactions, including leasehold, remortgage, transfer of equity, Help to Buy, new builds, shared ownership, company purchases and auctions
*Review title reports and sign off files for exchange
*Meet billing and time-recording targets
*Support and mentor junior team members
*Contribute to business development and process improvements
*Ensure compliance through regular file reviews
Person Specification
*Residential Conveyancer with around 4+ years’ experience
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
*Excellent client service skills
*Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
*Professional, proactive and collaborative approach
