Salary: Up to £28,500 + benefits
Type: Full-time, permanent

We’re supporting a long-established organisation with a busy function to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor. This role sits within a close-knit team where accuracy, organisation and excellent customer service are central to day-to-day success.

The Role

You’ll be working in a fast-moving parts environment, supporting customers, internal teams, and daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, administration, and hands-on stock control.

Key Responsibilities

*Handling incoming calls and enquiries and taking ownership of each one
*Processing customer orders across multiple channels
*Providing product alternatives and identifying add-on opportunities
*Managing online queries and orders
*Supporting proactive outbound calling during quieter periods
*Building strong customer relationships to support repeat business
*Completing accurate administrative tasks and documentation
*Monitoring stock levels, ordering parts and maintaining organised storage
*Using catalogues, systems and price lists to identify correct part numbers
*Ensuring stock records remain accurate and up to date
*Supporting occasional local deliveries when required
*Maintaining a tidy, safe working environment
*Following all internal procedures relating to payment handling, fraud prevention and H&S
What We’re Looking For

*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Parts Advisor role (mandatory)
*Strong technical understanding of parts/stock identification
*Confident working under pressure with multiple demands
*Good interpersonal and communication skills
*Proficient in basic Microsoft Word & Excel
*Accurate, organised and able to multitask
*A team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
*Valid driving licence
*Forklift licence (or willingness to train)
