Personal Injury Solicitor – Birmingham
Our client is seeking a Litigation Supervisor to join its expanding Motor Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a market-leading, award-winning international law firm, managing your own mixed caseload of complex and litigated motor claims while supervising and supporting junior team members. The team has a strong reputation in the defendant personal injury and motor claims sector.
Required Experience
*Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 5 years’ experience)
*Strong experience managing a caseload of litigated fast-track PI claims and small claims, ideally RTA-based
*Familiarity with CPR, court procedures and the MOJ and OIC processes
*Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting junior colleagues
*Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
*Excellent communication and client-care skills
*Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems
