Reprographics Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Required: February 2026
Hours: 25 per week (5 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
Term Time Only + 1 INSET Day
Salary: Scale Points 3–4 (£20,828 – £21,155 per annum)
They are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Reprographics Assistant (Maternity Cover) to join their busy and supportive Administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of reprographics services across the school. They will need to be highly organised, able to work under pressure, and confident in meeting deadlines. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing a high-quality photocopying and printing service for staff and students
*Monitoring printer supplies and arranging orders to ensure resources are always available
*Liaising with the IT Department and photocopier service engineers to resolve any technical issues promptly
*Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, distributing mail, and supporting the wider office team
*Providing cover on the reception desk when required
*Acting as a First Aider (training will be provided if necessary)
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is committed to supporting the smooth operation of a busy school environment. Previous experience in an administrative or reprographics role would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
