Our client are a leading tech innovator transforming estates, facilities & compliance management with next-gen CAFM solutions.
Role Description:
*The Account Executive will be responsible to drive growth, build relationships, and support clients across the UK.
*Manage & grow strategic client relationships
*Identify, develop & close new business opportunities
*Deliver demos, proposals & engaging presentations
*Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline
*Collaborate with product & onboarding teams to ensure success
*Monitor market trends & competitor activity
*Engage senior stakeholders across sectors (facilities management experience- big advantage)
Key Skills Needed:
*Solid account management & business development background
*Confidence presenting tech-based solutions
*FM/ NHS / public sector selling experience (highly desirable)
*Experience in FM, estates, or CAFM platforms is a plus
*Proven ability to work independently in a remote role
*CRM proficiency & structured sales process experience
*Motivated, proactive and target-driven mindset
Benefits:
*£75,000- £100,000 basic DOE
*Uncapped commission (double OTE)
