The Opportunity
*You will inherit around 100 active clients, with a comprehensive and thoughtful handover to ensure a smooth transition.
*As you settle in, your client bank will grow to a full portfolio, giving you a strong and sustainable caseload to manage.
*You’ll work closely with an inspirational and innovative MD who invests heavily in their people and ensures every team member has a voice.
Development & Support
*Full study support toward Chartered status (if desired).
*On-the-job training to fill any knowledge or skills gaps.
*A genuinely supportive environment that prioritises client outcomes and staff wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For
*A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser.
*A genuine "client-first" mindset and a passion for long-term relationship building.
