Service Support Lead
Hybrid working - 3 days on site
£500 - £750 per day (umbrella engagement)
Our client, an industry leading national business, is looking to hire a contractor with a background in Service Support / Service Delivery / Service Management.
Emphasis will be on Service Design and Colleague Experience and the need to build service support wrap and ensure proper landing of initiatives.
The successful candidate will have the ability and experience to focus on colleague experience and understanding service impact.
Any experience within a start-up, or the beginning of a post transitional service environment would be beneficial.
General experience required: -
*Experience working within a EUC or Desktop type environment in a fast paced and large organisation.
*Extensive collaboration with infrastructure teams and department heads to deliver a unified service.
*Experienced in setting up & shaping support models.
*Must be used to working within an ITIL environment and understand Incident Management.
*Setting up and negotiating OLAs and SLAs.
Engagement via Umbrella Company Only; all taxes & NI deducted at source.
