Job Description:
Customer Service Representative / Telesales agent
*Annual Salary: Competitive (with potential £2,000 discretionary bonus)
*Location: Andover
*Job Type: Full-time
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. This position involves managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, processing orders, and handling customer queries and complaints with the utmost efficiency and professionalism.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage daily outbound calls to build and retain relationships with customers, while also handling incoming calls including complaints, queries, and orders.
*Efficiently take and input orders, ensuring high standards of customer service at all times.
*Convert incoming calls into opportunities for planned outbound interactions.
*Upsell products and promote new lines, particularly focusing on LWC Drinks’ own-brand products.
*Maintain strong relationships with account managers to assist in acquiring new business and support their administrative needs.
*Act as a regular point of contact for weekly telesales customers, fostering strong relationships.
*Promote products from promotional brochures and target specific customers with relevant products.
*Handle various administrative duties within the office, including sorting post, filing, and order processing.
*Plan calls strategically to target gaps in supply using relevant systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing spreadsheets and records.
*Experience with the Trinity system is advantageous.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Strong teamwork capabilities.
*Good knowledge of the products offered by the company.
Benefits:
*Competitive salary with a discretionary bonus up to £2,000 annually, based on performance against KPIs.
*Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
