Job Opportunity: Solicitor/Senior Solicitor/Associate – Contentious Construction (1–5 Years’ PQE)
Location: Glasgow (hybrid working available)
Overview:
We’re recruiting for a solicitor to join a leading contentious construction team based in Glasgow. You’ll work on complex disputes across adjudication, litigation, arbitration and mediation, advising a diverse client base including developers, contractors, consultants and insurers.
Experience:
*1–5 years’ PQE in litigation, ideally with exposure to construction or insurance disputes
*Experience advising on contract interpretation, dispute strategy, and resolution pathways
*Comfortable working across adjudication, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
Skills:
*Excellent drafting and analytical skills
*Clear communicator with a practical, client-focused approach
*Able to manage deadlines, contribute to team strategy, and support junior colleagues
*Enthusiastic about contentious construction and eager to grow within the sector
