We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive work environment. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team to achieve operational excellence while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.
Duties
*Lead and supervise team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
*Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.
*Foster a culture of teamwork through effective communication and conflict resolution.
*Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
*Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Must have proof of right to work
*Pay Rate DOE
*Working week includes weekends and Bank Holidays
*Own Transport due to location
*Experience in similar role would be beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
Qualifications
*Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
*Proficiency in negotiation, organizational skills, time management, and multitasking.
