HR Generalist / HR Manager
Full-time, Happy for contract or permanent
The Role
Working in the HR team alongside recruitment and HR Assistant you will inspire, lead, and manage the HR tam to deliver efficient HR processes and procedures across the company. This is a hands-on role, providing comprehensive HR support, managing recruitment operations, and contributing to strategic objectives.
You will act with integrity and promote equality, diversity, dignity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and manage the HR and Recruitment Team to deliver high-quality HR services.
*Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
*Oversee onboarding and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
*Support organisational change and embed the People Strategy.
*Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and procedures.
*Deliver accurate HR reports and KPIs to support business decisions.
*Act as Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) champion.
*Promote colleague wellbeing and mental health support.
*Line manage the HR, Recruitment, and Compliance Team, setting clear objectives.
About You
Essential:
*Proven experience as an HR generalist.
*Strong understanding of employment legislation.
*Successful track record in recruitment and onboarding.
*Experience managing change initiatives and cultural transformation.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*Full driving licence and flexibility to meet business needs.
Desirable:
*CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
*Project management experience in HR.
*Experience in salary benchmarking.
