Description
*Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to the purchase ledger.
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
*Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
*Maintain and update supplier account details as required.
*Assist with month-end processes and reporting.
*Handle supplier queries and provide resolutions effectively.
*Support the wider Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger should have:
*Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role.
*Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
