Procurement Assistant – Family-Owned Manufacturing Company
Location: Warminster
Salary: £21,153 (FTE £27,500) | Hours: 30 per week, Monday–Friday

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and organised Procurement Assistant to support our busy procurement team and help keep our supply chain running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
*Provide proactive administrative support across all procurement activities, including accurate record-keeping and supplier documentation.
*Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring all MRP (Winman) data and delivery dates are up to date.
*Assist with import processes, liaising with freight forwarders and the goods-in team for timely deliveries.
*Support supplier evaluations and maintain performance metrics.
*Monitor inventory levels and analyse demand patterns to optimise purchasing decisions.
*Help negotiate supplier contracts and resolve invoice queries with Finance.
*Stay informed on market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in procurement or an administrative role.
*Familiarity with ERP systems (Winman experience is a plus).
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Knowledge of import processes and freight forwarding (desirable).

*30 hours per week, Monday–Friday (core hours: 8:30am–5:15pm).
*Salary: £21,153 (FTE £27,500).
*23 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata).
