Key Responsibilities:
*Lead research and development of advanced materials and processes.
*Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
*Champion knowledge capture and dissemination across internal and external networks.
*Appraise and refine proposals to ensure strategic alignment with long-term goals.
*Publish technical content and represent the organisation in industry forums.
About You:
*Advanced degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
*Expertise in ceramic systems and associated processing techniques.
*Experience with chemical vapour deposition/infiltration methods.
*Exceptional technical writing and communication skills.
