Job Description:
Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong communication and administrative skills to support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and confident working in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide administrative support, including maintaining records, filing systems, and documentation.
*Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email, ensuring professional communication at all times.
*Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
*Support scheduling, diary coordination, and meeting preparation.
*Assist with data entry, database management, and accuracy checks.
*Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
*Monitor office supplies and support procurement as required.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
*Demonstrable experience in administration or office support.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
*Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
*High attention to detail and accuracy.
