Description
*Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
*Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
*Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
*Identify financial risks and opportunities, offering solutions to mitigate risks.
*Support the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
*Monitor financial performance against objectives and provide recommendations.
*Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and audits.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
*A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
*Experience working in the public sector or a similar environment.
*Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
*Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
*Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 GBP.
*Hybrid working - 2 days per week on site
*NHS pension over 23.7% employers contribution
*27 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
