Job Description:
Customer Service Advisor – Milton Keynes
Join a leading global consumer goods brand as a Customer Service Advisor. You’ll be part of a busy team and the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
What you’ll do
*Handle inbound calls and support customers with queries
*Review and check customer contracts with strong attention to detail
*Deliver excellent customer care at all times
What we’re looking for
*Confident, customer-focused communicator
*Strong attention to detail
*Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Working hours
Full-time, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
