Job Description:

THE ROLE:
This is a busy and varied position within a fast-paced finance team, where accuracy and attention to detail really matter. You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers are billed correctly, payments are allocated efficiently, and queries are resolved quickly. This is a great opportunity to join a company with an impressive growth track record going into an exciting period of transformation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Producing and distributing high-volume customer invoices and statements
*Setting up and maintaining sales ledger accounts
*Matching and posting customer payments
*Liaising directly with customers to resolve billing and invoice queries
*Supporting continuous process improvement within the finance function
ABOUT YOU:
You’ll have strong Excel skills and ideally be studying towards AAT who wants a role that has an opportunity to develop into a broader finance role. Experience in a similar finance or billing environment will help you hit the ground running, but more important is your accuracy, organisation and communication skills.
