Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group tutoring sessions in English and Maths to students working towards their GCSE exams.
* Tailor lesson plans to suit individual learning styles and abilities.
* Help students improve their understanding of key concepts, boost confidence, and prepare for exam success.
* Track student progress and provide regular feedback to both students and parents/guardians.
* Assist with exam preparation, including helping with past papers, revision strategies, and time management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience tutoring English and/or Maths at GCSE level (minimum of 1 year preferred).
* Strong subject knowledge in both English and Maths.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
* A patient, approachable, and professional attitude.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
