Job Title: Corporate Account Handler
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 2–3 days in-office)
Salary: Up to £47,500

Role Summary:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performing Corporate & Commercial team, supporting clients across diverse sectors with complex insurance needs. As a Corporate Account Handler, you’ll play a key role in client servicing, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy administration — with opportunities for long-term career progression in a flexible, hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage renewals, queries, and adjustments: Ensuring clients receive timely, accurate service
• Liaise with clients and underwriters: Supporting risk placement that balances quality and cost
• Review client documentation: Enabling efficient and effective quotation processes
• Own data accuracy and documentation: Supporting compliance and operational excellence
• Support senior colleagues and team projects: Contributing to wider business success
• Conduct due diligence and adhere to governance: Ensuring standards and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with SME or Commercial clients
• Strong knowledge of core General Insurance products
• Excellent client service and negotiation skills
• Good working knowledge of GDPR and CII Code of Ethics
• Cert CII and Acturis experience (desirable)
• Minimum GCSEs A–C in Maths and English
