Working in financial services for a well-established Birmingham based company, we are looking for someone who can adapt to an ever-changing market and who is a proactive operations manager capable of taking the company to new heights.
This role is ideal for someone keen and enthusiastic who wants to make their mark. There will be many opportunities to get involved and help shape what the business will look like in the future.
This role involves managing the day-to-day operations and business requirements and collaborating with directors and other important business stakeholders when required. You will be responsible for cooperating within the team, ensuring everything aligns with the business strategy and the company ethos. Duties include identifying new technologies, attracting new talent, and managing company budgets and resources competently and efficiently.
This is an excellent role for someone with previous experience in operational management, someone who can place both people and the business as a priority now and in the future. As the role is based in financial services, experience in the sector is welcome but not essential.
