Planning/Service Administrator – Temporary Role (Immediate Start)
Location: Featherstone
Duration: Minimum 3 months
We are recruiting on behalf of our key client for a Planning/Service Administrator to join their busy and friendly Customer Service team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with great benefits and flexibility.

Shift Pattern
*4 days on, 4 days off (rota basis)
*Core hours: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
*Flexible options: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
*Weekends and Bank Holidays worked from home
*Weekday shifts require 3 days in the office
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the first point of contact for customers reporting reactive faults via phone, email, or system (primarily Local Authorities)
*Allocate jobs to engineers across the UK and assist with planning
*Manage customer requests and take ownership until resolution
*Monitor and maintain customer SLAs
*Provide engineers and service managers with updates on recurring issues
*Evaluate job completion quality against customer requirements
*Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
*Ability to build positive working relationships
*Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
*Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Flexible to cover the rota (including weekends)
*Immediately available
