Reeson Education is recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to take on a maternity cover role at a welcoming mainstream primary school in the M34 postcode area. This is a full-time, long-term Primary Teacher position, beginning after Christmas - though the school would ideally like the right candidate to start earlier for a smooth transition and handover.

As a Primary Teacher, you will:
* Lead a cheerful and enthusiastic class

* Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons

* Differentiate learning to support all abilities, including SEND and EAL pupils

* Monitor progress and provide clear feedback to support pupil development

* Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning

* Contribute to the wider life of the school community

* Commit fully to the class for the duration of the maternity cover

We’re looking for a Primary Teacher who:
* Is a qualified teacher (QTS) with experience teaching in KS1/KS2

* Has excellent curriculum knowledge and classroom management skills

* Is adaptable, proactive, and able to quickly build rapport with pupils

* Can inspire, motivate, and support children to achieve their best

* Is committed to working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
