Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, tailored tutoring sessions to students with SEND, addressing their individual needs and learning styles.
Develop and implement personalized learning plans that align with students’ educational goals and support their social and emotional development.
Work closely with schools, parents, and other professionals to monitor progress and ensure the best outcomes for students.
Adapt teaching methods to provide inclusive, accessible, and engaging lessons.
Promote a positive and encouraging learning environment to build students’ confidence and resilience.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with SEND students, either in a tutoring, teaching, or support role.
A genuine passion for helping students with diverse needs succeed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and other educators.
Patience, creativity, and adaptability in your teaching approach.
Relevant qualifications in education or special needs (e.g. Teaching Assistant qualification, SEND-specific training, PGCE, or similar).
