This firm has an excellent reputation and gets lots of work from recommendations. It is very busy with new instructions and there is now an opportunity for an experienced contested trusts and probate solicitor to join the existing team.
Your role will include working very closely with the HOD on a quality caseload of Claimant & Defendant Probate disputes. Clients are often HNW, with overseas assets.
You:
To succeed in your application, you will:
*Be an experienced solicitor, ideally 3 or more years of PQE
*Have recent and relevant experience handling contested trust and probate matters and a solid understanding of the CPR
*Be a skilled practitioner, with excellent client facing skills
