Job Description:
Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered.
We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Manager for our Estate Agency client based in North Harrow.
The successful candidate must have experience in Estate Agency with a fullunderstanding of the Lettingsprocess.
A Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager looking to step up would also be considered!
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Benefits:
*Basic £28,000
*OTE ££50,000
*Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 3pm
*Office and personal commission
*Parking at the office
*Quarterly bonus
Responsibilities:
*Managing a team of 3 including office Admin and Accounts
*Client relationship management
*Departmental organisation
*Performance management
*Generating new business
*Seek out new business opportunities
*Provide valuable feedback to clients
*Supporting the team as required with training and development
*Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
*Good working knowledge of inventory
*Speaking with potential tenants and building relationships
*Provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
Key Skills:
*Previous Estate Agency experience at Senior Negotiator level or above
*Highly organised and results driven
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Works well in a team and independently
*Ability to build strong relationships with clients
*Effective and efficient time management skills
*Confident communicator, listener and leader
*Listing experience essential with local knowledge
*Well-presented and articulate
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
