The role will see you working alongside the Solicitors and Partners on a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims, which you will manage from instruction to trial. You’ll be a confident Litigator, experienced in handling your own litigated caseload and have seen a claim through from instruction to settlement/trial many times. It is essential that you are a confident litigator and have sound knowledge and understanding of the litigation process. The firm is industry recognized across Merseyside for its high quality work and providing an outstanding service to its clients.
