A prestigious law firm in the Heat of London is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its expert team.
This role involves managing complex, high-value residential property transactions—including high value, prestige, off plan purchases for high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle high-value residential transactions, including new build/off plan
*Act as a trusted advisor to HNW clients, developers and investors
*Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
*Work collaboratively in-office at least 3 days per week
Requirements:
*Minimum 6 years’ PQE in residential property law
*Buyer-side off plan experience is essential
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
*Background in high-value transactions for HNW clients
*Previous experience at a well-regarded City, West End, or leading regional firm
