Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Coventry
About the Firm:

The Role:
*Manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence matters (pre-litigated and litigated)
*Work collaboratively within the Claimant Personal Injury team
*Handle high-value and complex claims with professionalism and care
*Liaise with Barristers, medical experts and clients
*Attend Court hearings and client meetings
*Draft documents, briefs, instructions and schedules
*Value claims and conduct settlement negotiations
About You:
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in Clinical Negligence (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
*Proven billing history and experience with high-value claims
*Strong communication and client care skills
*Experience in a target-driven, commercial environment (advantageous)
*Excellent organisation, attention to detail and professionalism
