This leading full-service law firm in Devon is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its established property team in Exeter. What You’ll Be Doing

You will handle a varied residential property caseload, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Re-mortgages, buy-to-let and property investments
*Transfers of equity, matrimonial property transfers and shared ownership cases
*New build transactions, probate property sales and Help to Buy matters
About You
*You will have proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
*Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Conveyancers (qualified or unqualified) with 2+ years’ experience in residential property law
*Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a proactive client-focused approach are essential
