Business Administrator – Conveyancing
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per year
Location: Camberley, Office Based
Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm


We are working alongside a growing and client-focused conveyancing business committed to delivering a seamless, 5-star experience. We’re now looking for a proactive and organised Business Administrator to support our finance processes and client onboarding. If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within the property legal sector.


Key Responsibilities
Support finance operations, including drafting financial statements, preparing bank payments, and reconciling accounts.
Assist with client onboarding tasks such as ID/AML checks, source of funds verification, and gathering contract information.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and solicitors to ensure smooth and timely progress on all matters.
Provide accurate estimates for conveyancing work to prospective clients.
Maintain well-organised and compliant transaction records in line with regulatory requirements.
Contribute to our 5-star client service by supporting colleagues and ensuring a positive client experience.


What We’re Looking For
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office.
Outstanding organisational abilities and confidence managing multiple cases at once.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
A basic understanding of conveyancing or property transaction processes (desirable).
Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach.
