Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Harrow (Term Time Only, Full-Time) Start Date: ASAP | Hours: 8:15am - 4:15pm, Monday to Friday
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly, family-run Nursery in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a nurturing, child-centred environment.
Key Requirements for this Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role: Applicants must hold a CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
We are only considering candidates with proven qualifications and experience in nursery settings.
About this Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Role As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where children can thrive

* Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

* Observing, assessing, and recording each child’s development and progress

* Acting as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with families

* Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education

* Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures are upheld at all times

What We’re Looking For in a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner: * CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years/Childcare qualification - essential

* Proven nursery or early years experience

* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development

* Passion for supporting learning through play-based activities

* Positive, proactive, and flexible team player

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
