Job Title: Production Operative
Contract Type: Temporary and Permanent
Location: Thanet
Pay Rate: £12.21 – £12.80 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, day time hours
We are seeking reliable and experienced Production Operatives to join our team in Thanet.
Key Responsibilities
*Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
*Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained.
*Feeding raw materials into machines or assembly lines.
*Checking and inspecting products for defects or compliance with specifications.
*Packing and labelling finished goods for storage or dispatch.
*Maintaining accurate production records and completing paperwork.
*Cleaning and maintaining work areas to comply with health and safety regulations.
*Reporting faults or breakdowns to supervisors or maintenance teams.
*Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
*Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Essential Requirements
*Minimum 6 months’ experience working in an production environment.
Desirable
*Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
*Forklift licence.
