Recruitment Solutions (NW) Limited have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Client Accountant to join our clients’ supportive finance team. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and high-quality service.
What you’ll be doing
*Managing an allocated portfolio of client accounts
*Preparing standard and client specific financial reports in line with SLAs and KPIs
*Ensuring accurate reconciliation of income and expenditure
*Acting as a key point of contact for client queries and providing informed advice
*Working closely with internal teams to meet all client deliverables
*Maintaining accurate financial data across internal systems
*Supporting with ad hoc finance tasks as required
*Managing client cash flow and funding requirements
*Overseeing annual financial reviews in collaboration with relevant internal teams
*Attending client and internal meetings when needed
*Instructing treasury teams on account amendments, collections and payments
*Managing general client fund activity such as refunds
What we’re looking for
*Experience in a similar client accounting role
*Strong financial and technical reporting skills within a client service environment
*Ability to work effectively in a varied, fast-paced and evolving department
*Willingness to learn and take on professional development opportunities
*Part Qualified ACCA or QBE
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Ability to work confidently with colleagues at all levels and external clients
*Strong Excel skills and analytical ability
*High accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
