The Role: Remortgage Conveyancer
You will manage a high-volume caseload of complex remortgage transactions, from instruction through to completion, covering:
*Transfers of equity
*Shared ownership matters
*Defective title issues
*Deeds of postponement
*Estate rent charges
*Complex restrictions
Handling around 150 new remortgage instructions monthly, you’ll be supported by an advanced case management system. The role involves regular client, borrower, lender and third-party contact to ensure smooth and efficient transaction progression. Sharing your technical expertise and contributing positively to team culture is encouraged.
Key Requirements:
*Proven remortgage or residential conveyancing experience
*Technical knowledge of shared ownership, transfers of equity, deeds of postponement, defective title, or similar areas
*Ability to efficiently manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Organised, detail-focused and able to perform well under pressure
