Front of House Manager
Location: Woodbridge, Suffolk
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, flexible hospitality hours

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding service that matches the quality of our food. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a seamless dining experience, maintaining high standards of hospitality and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead from the front: Manage and motivate the FOH team to deliver exceptional customer service.
*Operational excellence: Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring smooth service during busy periods.
*Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to coordinate service and maintain consistency.
*Customer experience: Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
*Team development: Recruit, train, and develop FOH staff to uphold standards.
*Stock & compliance: Manage stock levels, cash handling, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Event support: Assist in planning and delivering special events and celebrations.

*Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
*A hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Wed: 5pm–10pm
