About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Early Years Teacher who can deliver high-quality teaching and learning, foster curiosity, and support children in reaching their full potential. You will be part of a supportive team committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where every child feels valued.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
*Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that promotes learning through play and exploration.
*Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing targeted support where needed.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s development.
*Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school’s values and ethos.
What We’re Looking For:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education.
*A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A nurturing approach and a genuine passion for working with young children.
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
