Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) – Home Visiting Shifts (North & Central London)
Rates: £35–£55 per hour (Limited Company options available)

Are you an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner looking for flexible, rewarding work? We have out-of-hours home visiting shifts available across North and Central London, with competitive rates and full support.
Shift Patterns
*Weekends: *08:00–20:00
*20:00–08:00
*Weekdays: *19:00–00:00
*20:00–08:00
*00:00–08:00
About the Role
*Conduct urgent home visits for patients requiring assessment and treatment outside normal GP hours.
*Work autonomously, making clinical decisions and prescribing where appropriate.
*Manage a wide range of acute presentations, ensuring safe and effective care.
*Collaborate with local healthcare teams and provide clear documentation.
*Driver provided for all visits – no need to worry about transport.
